Default Help with 2 NIC cards

Ok, I am trying to get my xbox hooked up to the net for Halo with a special program. It says one way I can hook it up is with 2 NIC cards but I only have one and its being used by my cable modem. Is there anything special I need to do or can I just stick it in and go?Im a little computer dumb so if someone could simplify this process for me I would greatly appreciate it.

thanks guys, i got it all working...talk about getting what you paid for though, the gigafast NIC card on pcclub.com for 8 bucks with an 8 dollar rebate(so its practically free) came with an old driver so i spent like 2 hours running over everything and finally i checked the device manager, which i should have done at the begining but i didnt like a moron, and it suggested i update the driver so hey what do you know lol. Anyways, off to play xbox online now
