Hi all,
Accessmicro has a good deal going on for IBM's 20 gigger for about $95. Also, there's a $10 off $100 rebate going on until tomorrow (5/30/01). SPAMMake your purchase and then send in the rebate. The link is listed below.

Yup! I have two of them already and I have nothing but praise for those drives. They're real workhorses. SPAM;D

Buy one more and set up RAID-5 for ultra fast and redundant data storage... SPAMThat is what the servers are running.

I have the 75GXP 46.1GB drive (just one unfortunately so no RAID). SPAMWhat is the main difference between the 75GXP and the 60GXP drives. SPAMAre they both of fairly equal value and ability? SPAMJust curious.

The 75GXP has a storage capacity of 75 GB and the 60GXP can only go up to 60 GB. SPAMBoth are 7200 rpm drives and have the Ultra ATA/100 interface. SPAMThey also have an ave. seek time of 8.5 ms. SPAMHere's where they differ slightly. SPAMThe 70 GXP is faster with a sustained transfer rate of 37 MB/sec compared to 40 MB/sec for the 60GXP. SPAMNot too bad there.
