Task Bar wont pop up

I cant have task bar when there is a maximized window up...........

any way to fix this?

right click it and go to props and look there

Right-click taskbar > click properties > go to Taskbar tab > make sure Auto-hide Taskbar (or whatever looks similiar I'm too lazy to check isn't checked...
