Default Intellectual Property Presentation

I am going to be giving a presentation on intellectual property and file sharing in the next couple weeks

I already know the basics of what I should tell
-History
-Napster
-How it started
-What it means for companies

Im going to bring a couple programs of my own and add up the total amount they cost legitimately which I got for free and watch them squirm

anyway

any other areas I should cover?

how about law, domestic, international, and domestic law in foreign countries (make a nice cross sample of OECD and LDC's). Economic theory behind patents/copyright, where there is agreement and where there is controversy and the role the law plays in a) promoting the maximum economic good versus b) the right of people to the product of their work.

i know more about FDA type stuff, since that's the law i'm into right now, but a lot of the theory crosses over into software as well. In fact, one of the firms I work with represent IBM in the SCO lawsuit, and one of the firms that represent the company we are suing use some of SCO's lawyers.
