trouble with ftp sites

I've been trying to loacte some info on an old ASUS board, got to the ASUS site fine. SPAM But apparently they're having some problems with their site. SPAMOne of their techs e-mailed me back and suggested I use their ftp site. SPAMWhen I tried it it started to launch ok, but just a couple of seconds later it stopped downloading and then my mouse started flickering really fast & had to use program manager to end task. SPAMI had this happen at a couple of other ftp sites, but also used quite a few with no problem. SPAMThanks to all for the input.

what FTP program are you using? SPAMI run into that same problem a lot with WS_FTP. SPAMI recommend using CuteFTP pro. SPAMIt is much better and faster the WS.
