I have more than one computer at home. Is it possible to access other computers through the broadband router with internet connection?? and through wireless netwrok adopter??

um.. yes - it should work just like any network.

how to set it up ??

check 'my network places' and see if you can see each other there. If not then do the home networking wizard. It shouldn't be too hard.
