The blue ones are not $2.44. They feature a steel shell and PVC inserts with soft protective liners.

Cool..this would make a great carrying case for some of the game CDs when going to a LAN party...wouldn't scratch them or break them. You have seen these at Target stores??? I am assuming that one would have to order through Amazon....

No, I haven't seen them at Target...I should have checked because I was there yesterday. I checked their website, and they appear to have it, except with a $15 dollar gift card for $25.
