How do I access my desktop from school using remote desk top?

apparently, you can use a prog called WinVNC or something simialr? i was also told about Go2MyPc, but they charge you

if RDC is installed on the machine at school, all you have to do is fire it up and key in your IP for your machine at home and connect, that is if the machine at home is an XP Pro machine, or a server with Terminal Server running on it.

its decent, but you'll have to install the server on your machine at home, and a viewer on the machine at school.

thats asuming youre not behind a router at home. then you gotta open the right ports, point them to your machine, blah blah blah...
