A new political battle is brewing over Net music swapping, focusing on a company that claims to be able to automatically identify copyrighted songs on networks like Kazaa and to block illegal downloads.
The RIAA is at it again.... (http://news.com.com/2100-1025_3-5168505.html?tag=nefd_lede)

using good encryption and undetectable computer modes, etcetera - wouldnt it be possible to get around something like that? theoretically they would have to scan outgoing or trafficking data right? cause scanning hard dirves is invasion of privacy i think. and for all you kazaa user's Edonkey allows u to connect to anything you want - server - computer - site etcetera for a download - so - you could bypass a "watched server" i use it for music cause all the files on kazaa have been corrupted it seems - and a minor note - Edonkey is legal, and works legal, unless misused.

hackers, sharers, etc - will always find a way - weve got more motivation - and they cant stop it until we come up with it - there fore "theres no need to fear . . . (the rest is kind of irrelavent)"
