this Go2MyPc program allows to control your computer remotely - or someoneelss, if they allow it - i got (get this) permission to connect to hy home computer from school - and my school network from home. the admin is - interested in knowing how i do it. i was gonna use a DNS and a bunch of other server stuff and set up y house as the clien tbuit that will not allow to connect to my alotted storage at school, defeating the purpose. hence my dilemma. Go2MyPc charges you monthly or annually - anybody know of a similar program that would allow me to do about the same thing, or of a way to network it so i can? my computer is also behind a router - so i thought it would be a matter of exteranlly bridging the connections - but that would grant anyone access to my home network and create a huge bottleneck on the Pc i used to bridge it. any suggestions? :confused:
