Default Webserver

assuming that my ISP allows webservers - which i believe it does - what would be the best way to set one up? im setting up a simple webpage with a login so i can access my files from school. ive found a few different ways i can do it, and im trying this one first - any help here would be awesome. also, when i get it done anybody who nedds to know how - ill post how i did it.

Use an ftp setup works best

Titan FTP
Bulletproof FTP

SETUP PASSWORDS THAT ARE HARD TO CRACK!!!! I could crack most FTP servers given the time
