laptop sound delay

I was playing.....uhhhhh....kill....bill......1 (winks) and I was watching it on my laptop in mpeg 2 format.

And when it was normal sized (full WMP window) it plays with a slight time delay on the sound

its reading off the cd



any ideas?

copy the movie to your HD. It's laggin cause your cd rom con't keep up.... I bet it will also fix your fps a bit too. try that....

or maybe it's the pirated files fault because you could go out and buy the real one ;)

or your CPU isnt powerful enuf to decode
or not enuf ram

usually its a speed issue when sound is out of sync

Maybe you have a problem with your mpeg 2 codec. Try googling mpeg 2 codec, download a new one, and that might fix your problem.
