Yahoo Messenger Uninstall

Tried to uninstall Yahoo Messenger and got this error message:
C:\Program Files\Yahoo\Messenger\UNWISE.EXE

A device attached to the system is not working.

Any idea whats up. How can I get rid of it

well, you can go to
start>settings>control panel> add/remove
find yahoo can uninstall.

if that dont work then just delete the yahoo directory
and any link to it you see.
