Update problems with Zone alarm!

I'm have trouble trying to update ZoneAlarm Pro. Having just paid for the continued update service (and having the right access code). Every time I try it says 'Page not found'. This even happens when everything else including ZAP is not running.
Any ideas please.

Yes. I'm still in contact with them. Although I have a feeling that it maybe somthing that I am doing or have done! It's just like I have put in a duff address, you would get the same result of:
http:/// if there was not such address. It's baffling me.
