A Gerrman 18 year old teen is responsible for the mayhem caused around the world by his worm, and susbequent variations.

I wonder if chinese water torture is legal?

Extradite him and put him to work correcting problems caused by his worm.

With years of schooling (when this kid has been in his basement since he was born) most programmers couldn't even pull this one...
