Default DI 604 can't find ISP

I finally got a 2nd pc and a router, but for some reason, under the WAN settings, it cannot find the ISP. I contacted my ISP and they said for sure it's not an issue with MAC, but still not sure what the problem is.

The modem works; all the pc's find the router.. now just getting the router and modem to talk is another thing.

Any suggestions? :/

Make sure you have dynamic IP on so that it gets assigned automatically.

maybe posting your settings and the type of service you have will help.

What ISP? Cable or DSL? is PPPOE required?

Did you power cycle the modem?
