30 Minutes of Dremel time and carefully inspecting the plate along the way and TWL was able to remove the IHS without cracking the core or ceramic substrate.

As you can see in picture 7, AMD is indeed using a thermal material under the IHS. This thermal material upon closer inspection seems to be a silver compound of some sort, but extremely thick.

Do you think there may end up a way that we can mod the 64 processors to unlock the multipliers like we could with the old XPs?
