Deleting Vista RC1

Hi! I'd post on some other sites that I regular, but they're getting sick of me I have so many questions, and you all seem like a friendly bunch :)

So, I installed XP Prof on my C:\ drive, a WD Raptor 74gigs, and then I installed Vista RC1 on my D:\ drive, a WD Caviar 250gigs.

Now it asks me which Windows I want to boot every time I turn on my computer, and I never use Vista... So what's the best way to delete it? There are other things on my D:\ drive that I want to keep, should I just highlight everything other than that and hit delete? Will that mess with my boot sequence?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated,
thank you in advance.

:)

I fixed the smiley problem for you in your first post. (There's a checkbox to disable smileys.) I'm unfamiliar with Vista, so I do not know what the best way to get rid of it would be. I would suggest just booting to Windows XP Pro and modifying the boot file. An easy and safe way to do that is to right-click My Computer, click Properties, click the Advanced tab, and click Startup and Recovery. The top section should be at least fairly self-explanatory with your level of understanding. If you need any more help let us know.
