Make the Control Panel a cascading menu
 

1. Right click the Start button and selct Open.
2. Create a new folder and name it  Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
If done properly, this Start menu folder name should only display as Control Panel, without the extra characters.  Now when you click the Start button there should be a Control Panel icon that will cascade like other windows menus.  This works in win98 but I don't know about NT or win2k.  WinMe has this option built in it.  8)
