Ipconfig says internal error, request not supported, unable to query routing informat
I had this problem on a customers pc and tried all the fixes.
1. winsock fix
2. netsh reset
3. checking regkeys
4. pulling nettcpip.inf and reinstalling
5. checking drivers for nic card and putting in another one just to be sure.
6. finally found the tcpip.sys was missing from windows\system32\drivers
7. replaced this file and everything started working
