I use RH7.3. It has changed a bit since RH7.0, so a few of the commands are gone and have been replaced with new commands. I use Ximian gnome for my desktop which also lets me use red carpet express which is the windows update equivalent. Red Carpet will let you subscribe to software channels (for free) and install/download software and the latest patches.
