you dont understand man.. i am clocked at 400/800 (oc temps) which almost matches yours, i have 12 pipelines.. you have 8, I have 22.4GB of bandwidth while yours has21.76, my card is 128MB of DDR.. not DDR3. So other than pipes they are very similar. just because its a 6800 doesn't mean its uber.. only if you have a 6800GT or higher/x800 pro or higher (even thou 6800gt is faster than x800 pro) then you deserve the throne:

is that all you know.. that it is a "next gen" card.. so it MUST mean i have to beat his score by a ton? that tells me how much you know.. you don't know what you are talking about.. you can't back up anything you are saying. Talk when you are actually able to run 3dMark05.. Also, its not all about gpu power.. cpu and RAM play a huge role in it.. i got 1 fps during the cpu test.

lesson learned? Don't buy MSI cards if you want to OC... at least ones that are face XT's.... and I dunno why I can't run 05.. but when I do, i'll surely see how close I can get to the next gen card..

Acutally, the Catalyst 4.11 betas are pushing the 9800's scores over 3100, and that means they pwn your entry level card. Sounds like the FX 5200 of the 6800 series

Slow down some of the nasty remarks a bit.
BTW, for those who don't know, the X800s, excluding the Pros and XTs, are barely above the 9800 XTs as well. That entire class (made up of a whopping 2 chips) is at that level.
