Default HSF - whats your pick?

SO, i've ordered alot of new parts online. I bought a Vantec CCK-6040H which i have read reviews on, its a decent cooler, but nothing hot shot-ish. SO i thought i'd do kinda a poll, what is you guys' pick for best HSF (I hope to be doing some overclocking on this rig) I would say, price range <30$ US.

The CPU is a AMD 2000+.

Also- how can I tell if my CPU is manuf. on the .18 or .13 manuf process? is there a simple easy way?

So if any of you have opinions on HSF units that don't cost more than half of my CPU price, post here.

if it is thoroughbred then it is .13

but its not
so its .18

Thermaltake Volcano 7+ can be found easily in that price range

but if u want hardcore overclock
look into globalwin's CAK-38
or the Swiftech MCX462-U if you are willing to spend a little more

I love my hcc-001 cooler master heat pipe, keep my chip running very cool and looks like a million bucks. Also your 2200+ is a .13

Oops sorry it was late and I misread it, I though you said you had a
2200 + so that means it is a .18

so, a 2000+ is a .18, and a 2200+ is a .13, whats that make a 2100+? a .155?
