i use Winxp Pro on my home comp
win98se on older comps

Red Hat on one of my old old machines

use winXP pro on my desktop comp at work
use win CE on a panel industrial PC to test softwares

use win2k pro and winxp pro to test softwares in the lab...
the machines in the lab are dells and HPs
dual Xeons and singles P3's
some are P4 2.53GHz's
decent...

i would suggest that one does a search in the forum from the search option before posting such popular topics because chances are, it has been posted

just to avoid doubles

I run XP Home on my system for the majority of the time. I also run Windows 2000 Pro, and RedHat Linux 7.2.

Somebody help me.. if you had the choice.. why on earth would you choose 98 over xp? Personally, I can't stand 2k.. i think of it as a screw up from MS.. but so is everything else.. unless uranium doesn't have XP at his disposal.. and don't say it's the themes..
