Default MSN Messanger in Windows XP

How the hech can I get rid of msn messanger in windows xp?

I have set it to never open up but whenever i go to hotmail.com or if I open outlook express msn messanger comes with it!

Ok, if I remember you have to uninstall it normally.  BUT just doing this will stuff up outlook so there is also some registry keys you need to delete.

Im sure a searchof the net will tell you which ones.
