Default Google Earth

Google has created an application (OpenGL/Direct3D supported) thet lets you stream satellite photos. It also (like Google Maps) lets you find specific locations, and plot directions between them. There's even a Google Earth Plus (and sopposedly a Pro) for subscription, which can access a GPS device. The Program itself is currently in beta and google took the downloads off. But if you can download it off Major Geeks - here

here's a few shots i've taken

where you start out:

Where I live (the marker is actually a little off, and the image was taken at least 3 years ago, cause my house isn't even built in this photo)

using the applications tilt ability, you can see Tokyo at an angle (yeah too bad it cant 3d render the buildings, that would be kool!)

sweet. Makes you wonder how far advanced spy satellites are. I hear they can zoom in and see you watch tv through your house window like they were actually there.
