Default how to mess with people via hacking

Ok what I'm wondering is how to fuck with people. I want to know if there are any programs that alow you to pop out their cd tray, or change their backrdop, screensavers..... shit like that. I don't want to cause any major damage to their pc's just fuck with their minds. I was wondering if you needed a program or what. I've never hacked and if anyone could tell me about a web site or the name of a program I could download to do those things, that would be great thanks.

that's quite illegal enough for .. many bad things to happen, doing anything, let alone accessing a computer you don't have permission to, is illegal.

the best way to mess with people is to be really smart and make fun of them without them ever knowing it. If you have to use a program someone else made to accomplish this task, well, sounds like you need to find another form of fun.
