Default Java Machine!

Im having trouble...
Recentely I clean installed my XP again because it was having trouble, I screw it up a bit, but after downloading SP1 it doesnt come with Java Virtual Machine anymore! I cant find any page to go to
Microsoft sends me to Windows Update but there I cant find it! Its not there...

Where can I download it?
I want to download Microsofts not 3rd part Java Virtual Machines...

Please help..

Sun's Java Machine sucks. It causes errors quite often fills up your system tray and is very slow. I think I'll see if it would be legal to mirror that file on TWL itself.
