Default How do you get rid of Trojan Spooner A virus?

One of our laptops at work has the Trojan Spooner A virus...what's the best way to get rid of i completely? Doesn't microsoft have a virus hotline?

In my opinion, I personally don't like Norton. Try getting the free Avast!.

norton does suck... avg and avast are decent.

Maybe it's just norton's superior marketing team, but i've always perceivec McAfee as inferior... although I have no real basis for that.

Are there any differences between avast and Afee? Which one is easier to use...even though this kind of thing is totally straightforward most of the time anyway
