Default rundll??

when my xp loads up, i get an error of "RUNDLL...error loading...the specified module could not be found". i have no idea what this means...it is very annoying seeing that every time i boot up. Is there a way i can restore the xp files in the registry without deleting my loaded programs?
if someone could email me with an answer to "taybc@netlimit.com", it would be very greatly appreciated...

The first thing I would do is:

Go to START
Go to "Control Panel"
Click "Switch to Classic View" near upper left, unless already selected
Go to "Administrative Tools"
Go to "Services"
Make sure the offending file isn't being started as a service

Then I would:

Go to START
Go to "All Programs"
Go to "Accessories"
Go to "System Tools"
Go to "System Information"
Expand "Software Environment"
Click "Startup Programs"
Get rid of any startup programs you don't need to start automatically
