Default After lots of problems, its not booting. help plz xD

LONG story, but near the end of this hassle, I installed winXP pro on my HD while it was a slave in another computer, everything went fine, and I was able to boot it in the other computer, and winXP ran great. took it out, made it primary, stuck it inother computer, when it goes to boot, it gets passed memory test, and the split second when the screen goes black, instead of going to winXP pro, it reboots. this process hasn't seemed to quit, just keeps rebooting...

You need to modify the boot.ini file. Go here for info on how to do it.

well when you switched a booting HDD into another system with totally different hardware, windows often needs a new install or reinstall

when winxp installs, it detects your hardware and installs the proper basic drivers

but when you do a major system upgrade or switch the HDD to another system, you need to reinstall the OS

Yup. ET is correct. My solution would only work it the hardware was exactly the same. Different hardware and you have to re-install.
