Overseas Handling, I want to buy things online

I want to buy things online
I have a VISA card to pay for whatever it is that I like.
But most shops don't handle shipping/handling outside US.
I'm from the Philippines, Anybody who knows a shop that can deliver?

I've never had to deal with overseas shipping, so I really have no clue. I'd check Directron and NewEgg, as they are fairly reputable, high-end sites. I might suggest finding someone you know well in the US to buy the things, and ship them to you. I'm also guessing that if you were to find a site that ships outside the US, they're not necessarily going to have the best prices for the products.
