Default No SSL in Internet Explorer, nothing in Firefox or Opera

The Symptoms:
Recently, a friend of mine had a browser problem preventing him from accessing SSL sites in Internet Explorer. After checking various aspects of the configuration and still not finding a solution, I installed Firefox and Opera to see if alternative browsers would have the same problem. It turned out that these browsers had no access to the Internet at all.

The Problem:
Through comparing registry settings to a working configuration, I found that the problem was that a set of server DLL files were not registered. This makes for two easy solutions.

The Unregistered:
softpub.dll, wintrust.dll, initpki.dll, dssenh.dll, rsaenh.dll, gpkcsp.dll, ccbase.dll, slbcsp.dll, cryptdlg.dll

The Solution:
1. Run one of the batch files included with this post
1b. Manually run regsvr32 with each of the .dll files (regsvr32 wintrust.dll)
2. Run Spybot Search and Destroy or Adaware (those check to see if the DLLs are registered)
