FUNC KB-460 Mechanical Keyboard Review

Software and its Features:

I always consider cleanliness in software and computer mechanics to be a huge factor that will encourage me to purchase a product. For example, I prefer Sager over Asus simply because they are very bland and simple on the outside, and I like that. Normal, minimalistic and very powerful at what they are to do.

In this case the software is in fact in the middle of simple, and powerful. Decent, but falls a bit short of perfection.

The software allows the user to program some macro’s (10) thanks to the on-board memory for storage. However, it is not the best looking software and a bit clunky to use in some instances. You can assign sample functions to any key ( copy, paste, cut, delete etc).

You can also record any and all macro keys you might want to and set it up to be on a key, that is in fact included in the software. Recording 10 Marcos is reasonably easy and fast.

Lastly, some keys can also launch applications on press. It is possible to set up profiles to change them quickly and not have to go through macro set up again.
