iButton

You walk into a conference and are handed a "Hello, My Name Is" badge. You notice that every person in the conference has the same badge on, and tend to not even look at the person's name when you meet them. What if you could have a mini LCD screen pinned to your shirt that had your name on it? Everyone at that conference would know your name, because they've just seen your new iButton.

What is an iButton?

An iButton is an MP4 Promotional badge that has a 2" LCD screen on it, which displays videos or pictures. It has 512MB internal memory to store pictures, movies, or music, and comes with a lanyard, earbuds, and a USB cable.

There are a few preloaded images on the iButton for you to test. The 2" screen is actually quite crisp and displays quite well.

The idea behind the iButton is to use decorative faceplates for any occasion. There is one for waitressing, sports fans, advertising, just about anything you can think of. These are sold for $6.99 on the iButton website.

You can even customize them on the site before they are sent to you:
