As you can see the Uchigatana boasts desktop style specifications which include the Intel 945G chipset, Socket 775 Support up to the X6800, and even an e-SATA port.

Other benefits of the Uchigatana are the 2.0 Mega Pixel Webcam, built in fingerprint reader, HDMI, and Hybrid TV tuner.

These in addition to a full compliment of other standard ports make this laptop a one stop shop for all your computing needs. Its starting to look like the Uchigatana is more of a 15.4 inch desktop replacement than a portable standard form factor notebook.

What does all this mean for you as a consumer? It means your getting the support from not only Killer Notebooks but your system is based on an Asus chassis so you can look for drivers and support from a large manufacturer and user base.
