Packaging

The Veris Premier comes in a black and purple box that is embossed with a few photos of the product and lists of the features in several different languages. Opening the cover of the box reveals the RM200 remote control. The RM200 remote is of pretty good size and has a lot of buttons to assist you in launching or switching to the feature you are looking for quickly.

Once you open the lid, the first thing you see if the remote control. Very nice, with all the buttons to choose from.

After the removal of the remote and opening the box to reveal the rest of the contents, we took notice on how well the Veris Premier was packaged, as there was no room for any of it to shift of get damaged. There was very little room inside for any of contents to shift. There is a small box on top of the Premier which is holding the software and two cables needed to hook up the device and once removed the Veris Premier can be removed.

Showing the back of the premier, there isn't too much to look at and the plugs are pretty straight forward.
This photo of the side shows the overhang of the front faceplate and that the depth of the device is only to the first set of mounting screws of a 5.25" drive bay.
