Streamzap PC Remote
The remote control, IR receiver, quick start manual, and device driver CD come packaged in your standard everyday sealed plastic packaging.
Installation of the unit is a snap! Like most USB devices, this one requires you to load the device drivers before connecting it to the USB port. Once the drivers are loaded and the device is connected, a short multimedia demo walks you through using the remote control. Within minutes you will be grinning from ear to ear as the tutorial shows you how to remote control Winamp. After the drivers are installed a small configuration utility will reside in the your system tray. A simple double click in the system tray and the configuration will appear: Using the Streamzap configuration utility you can easily assign applications and other options to the 4 color coded macro buttons.
The advanced tab allows you control the sensitivity and even enable the option of controlling the mouse cursor via remote control! The mouse control was a little difficult to use at first but this was easily remidied by adjusting the "Repeat delay" and "Repeat rate" sliders.
