PowerMax Digital Antenna 4KMR-10A

Conclusion

The cell phone booster supports dual band cell phones and a laundry list of providers, except Nextel and IDEN. Since the booster was installed, the automobile has been driven all around town and tested where calls were dropped due to poor coverage at which time the booster was then turned on and no calls were dropped. The ultimate test was a country road which for about two miles cell phone coverage was none existent, no matter the cell phone provider. The booster was powered on and driven up and down the mysterious few miles and no calls were dropped. The booster did show its red light indicating that antennas were picking up each other, resulting in relocating the antenna inside the automobile over and over till the red light went back to green/yellow.
The biggest hurdle about the 4KMR is the cost and if you’re willing to fidget with the antennas for a few hours, the 4KMR is the product for you. If you looking for booster that is a little less pricey and don’t mind some sort of cable running to the cell phone while your using it, then check out Digital Antenna’s DA4000 model.
