Closer look:

Let us take a once around and over of the Epson WF-7520 to get eyes on what it has to offer. Small office printers have come a long way since the first ink jet printer entered the market, so get comfortable as this may take some time to cover.

The WF-7520 has a very clean appearance The front panel interface may appear intimidating, but with a very simple instruction we were using the WF-7520 in no time with no issues.

The WF-7520 has a slick looking matte/mirror black finish that makes it stand out from the rest of the printers in the office which have stuck to their 1980’s beige. This 43lbs printer is not light, but is still lighter than laser printers of the same size.

Two paper trays Top flip-out paper feeder

When it comes to paper trays, they never seem to be deep enough when it comes to inkjet printers. It just feels as if I’m always loading more and more paper. Though when loading inkjet printers in the past I could only load a pinch of blank paper at a time. The ultimate goal it to be able to load an entire ream of 8.5″ x 11″ paper into one tray and forget about it for a while. The paper trays on the WF-7520 have a 500 sheet capacity.

  1. Ummm Noobs (reply to>noobydoodoo) who are still using XP and probably don’t know a thing about computers shouldn’t be whinging about stuff they don’t understand and stick to pushing buttons on their iPhones…

  2. Warning!!!! The printer seems good but the Epson Software that goes with it is a complete and utter dog. Error messages failure to copy file warnings and restart your computer messages all over the place. Came close to getting it all to work but four hours later and two massive uninstalls and retrys and now nothing is working. iIt’s going onto an XP machine with a decent Telstra WIFI setup. Epson should be ashamed of their crappy software. The manual that came with it needs a magnifier as well and its basic info only. My advice is do not buy this machine. It will likely not install cleanly to your WIFI and it will cost you days of lost time trying to get the software to work properly. No wonder they were being run out cheap at Office Works.
