CDRW Ricoh MP8040SE DRIVERS FOR WINXP ?

I am looking for a driver for a ricoh mp8040se to work on winxp,
i tried at Toshiba,Ricoh, no luck

Does anybody knows an alternate driver that would fit ?

it uses an SCIS card , tried numerous drivers but no luck.
