Can anyone tell me what to use as trim for my cutom window ?

The window is screwed to the inside of the side of my case.
When i cut the hole, i slipped a few times and gashed the first 2 centimetres of the case!

http://www.techwarelabs.com/communit...pic.php?t=1939 I used brass trim from a hardware store in this mod. Then I put allen head bolts throught the case and the trim. Some of the bolts have retaining clips that help hold the glass in place.

Automobile door edge trim, it makes great molding an it is very cheap. The door edge molding has glue inside the C and is easy to cut. I have bought it in black and chrome from wal-mart for windows.

Well what color is the case itself. For me, I would go with a metallic blue affect around the outer windows....just get like any type of liner metal (used on cars, for an outline affect to stand out, and found in lots of places), heat it up and shape it, and when u get your shape (preferably in your circumstance, around the glass) tape the glass up and cover it, and paint the metal.

On my first window I used car door molding. You can get it at your local car care shop (ie PEP Boys, Napa...). If might not cover a 2 cm scratch though.

Default Window Trim

The problem is that I wasn't thinking when I designed the window and it has a sharp angle around the handle. it is hard to bend anything around it without it looking horrible.
i was sort of hoping for black trim
