Default NFS 5 Porsche With Geforce 4 Mx 440 Problems

Porsche runs fine except when i go race all i get is on background colourso for cot d azur i get a couple of differnt shades of pink and thats it, all the hud stuff comes up but thats about it anyone got any ideas? i have all the latest nvidia drivers, i dont have direct x 9 worth getting??

I'ld try to see if there is a patch out on the company's web site first. Then get the directx9. Just a suggestion.

Default direct x 9 no good :(

i ahve the latest nvidia driver what other drivers would there be?, on the ea website under support there is a link to do with problems with geforce cards but its down

Sorry, take a look at the company that made the game and look for patches. Sometimes the game will have problems with certain cards, and it has to be addressed by patching the game. Not all the time but if you've got the latest nvidia drivers that would be the next thing I'ld check.

i dont think EA has released any patches for NFS 5

its been a while since i played it

anyways
u sure u have the latest driver from nvidia?
latest is 41.09

make sure to uninstall old one first then reboot then install new one

play around with the video settings in the Options in NFS5
try out the shader options
turn them on and off and see what goes on
