Default case fan questions, please help

saw 2 models of 80mm tri-light case fan in comp store today
one is the Antec 80mm TriLight LED Fan

its specs are
Size 80 x 80 x 25.4 mm
Weight 71.5 gm
Fan Speed 2,600 rpm (avg.)
Volumetric Airflow 34 CFM
Static Pressure 0.12 inch H2O
Acoustic Noise 30 dBA (at average rpm)

second fan i saw is this
Turbo Cool 80mm Tri-Lite Crystal LED Fan
Specifications (Highest Speed)
RPM: 3000
Voltage: 12
Current: 0.15
Air Flow: 37.27 CFM
Air Pressure: 3.25
Noise: 27 dBA

cheaper as it uses 4 pin instead of quality 3 pin for the antec

the question is why does the second fan provide way more cfm for less dba?
is the lab report data made up and they lied about it?

is it work risking for the cheaper but seems to be perform better fan?
or go with antec?

the main thing im considering right now is the pricing

turbo cool is 14.99 CAD
antec is 19.99 CAD

if i want to save 5 bucks then i will go with turbo cool which i think i will do...

What I see is the turbo runs about 400 rpm faster. Also just a better design of the fan blades could result in better flow with less noise.
