Need this file

i need this file called mscoree.dll i have no idea why i lost it but i need it. this is the location of it because idk what program it is for.F:\Program Files\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe thanbks guys if you can tell me if you have it just tell me on here and i will give you my email or aim sn prolly not email i'm overobsessive about computer sucurity because i worked my butt of for this thing.thanks again.
