has everyone tried new CS 1.3 and hl patch?

i like it and have been waiting for long time... but after playing for now... i noticed and so have many that there are mad head shots... esp when jump shots

they should patch it up... it really pisses me off when someone fires a random shot from sniper range and gets you in the head even with full armor from some strange guns... ex awp
