Default Paint Shop Pro

Does anyone know how to chose a color in Paint Shop Pro using the Hex code.  For example--I know the hex code for a color that i want to use in PSP but i do not know the exact RBG numbers.  I need to know how to exactly match the colors.
Thanks

Hehehe...you're just in luck admin, I have mousepad that has all the websafe hex color codes along with the RGB values.  Tell me what is the hex code and I'll give you the RGB value. I also have a handy color picker program I made using openGL. Let me know if you want me to send that over to you. It's not that big of a file. There's also a link I used to have that had all the hex codes and RGB values up on a site. Let me see if I can find it and I'll post again.

With PSP you can capture a window and then use the color picker to grab any color out of that capture.

When matching colors on sites I just load the page in IE and capture that window and can pick n chose all the colors I need.

I found that to be the simplest way to match page colors etc.

all you need to do is open up the color picker on PSP and in the bottom right corner of that window there should be a place where you can type in the hex code... you type it in and hit enter
