help plz...

when i use the firewall tester at grc.com it always fail the Solicited TCP Packets, but it passes the others, i dont know why..help plz? when i goto pcflank.com and use the browser check, i always fail the cookies check and the referrers check, i dont know why though, i have ad-aware 6.0 and registry mechanic 3.0 and i clean my pc everyday so i just dont know what the problem is.

You do not use a firewall? Solicited Packets would stop.
Also Norton would stop Referrers ,Cookies are a personal setting that
you have to think about because a lot of sites needs then to work
like this site. I keep 3 party cookies off myself.
