Re: to install two os on the same drive partition

   Yesterday i installed two operating systems on my computer. I had windows xp. And i wanted to install win 98. So i created a new free empty drive and installed win 98 on that hard drive. But if you dont have drive partition you can just install any operating in the same drive but in different directory. But i reccomend you to create a drive partition with program called Partition Magic.  8)

i am professional so don't worry

easiest thing to do is;

format the drive, partition it c: and d:

install win 98 on C:

then install XP on d: , it sorts itself out and you get a nice text based boot menu on boot.. i've got the same for ME and XP atm so i can play rogue spear, C&C, RA and DotT :)

You could always install XP as your primary OS and install 98 in VMware. I use this philosophy to run XP, 2K, Red Hat, 98, and Mac OS.
How would you install Mac OS doing that? And what version of OS are you talking about?
