Thanks for the update... I guess the moral of the story is - don't buy PC Chips motherboards!

I had the same probem, a while back and found out that I was using the wrong P/S. Mine did not have the little 4 prong plug for the ATX socket, It only had the 24 pin regular plug. Changed the P/S and Wa-la.
